Since the last EPRO News in the Corona year, EPROPLAST, like many manufacturing companies, has had to deal with various supply bottlenecks: personnel who were in the umpteenth quarantine, raw materials, packaging materials and even mundane Euro pallets became a "matter for the boss".
The greatest damage, however, was caused by the gas shortage and the skyrocketing electricity prices. Stopping production in the summer would have been the most economical short-term solution for EPROPLAST. But a family business thinks in the long term.
If our long-standing customers then recognise our delivery reliability despite the above-mentioned crises, we are on the right track. One element of delivery reliability is regular investment in redundancies, from raw material supply to silos / big bags to independently producing production islands and even transformers.
EPROPLAST has also become more self-sufficient through the acquisition of the toolmaking company Formconsult GmbH and has significantly increased its development capacity.
As you can read below, EPROPLAST has now expanded its portfolio by investing in production techniques for bottles/containers between 10 ml and 5 l as well as neck finish diameters up to 53 mm.
Challenge us and you will realise that EPROPLAST as a group of companies can do more than our slogan "We make bottles." suggests.
