Head of Preform Production / Injection Molding (m/f/d)
As the Head of Preform Production/Injection Molding, you can expect a diverse, varied, and responsible role. You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are coordinated and function smoothly. Additionally, you will manage the flow of goods and materials and monitor the achievement of set goals. Leading and managing employees will also be part of your responsibilities.

Technical management for the Preform Production/Injection Molding area, covering maintenance, production, and mold testing of preforms.
Responsible for the following tasks in Preform Production:
- Technical management
- Personnel planning for machine setters
- Organization of the production process
- Support in the scheduling of production orders
- Ensuring the technical availability of machines, equipment, and tools
- Provision and procurement of materials and spare parts
- Monitoring of all deadlines
- Analysis and elimination of quality defects
- Determination of qualification (training) needs
- Enforcement of the management system in the area of production/tool acceptance
- Conducting employee evaluations/meetings
- Manual skills

- Industry experience in the plastics industry is desirable
