Quality inspector (m/f/d)
Quality inspectors are specialists in quality inspection for industrial manufacturing processes. They inspect products according to specific inspection plans. Their activities range from incoming goods inspection to production monitoring and control to final inspection. They use modern mechanical, optical and electronic equipment, measure individual parts, record process data and evaluate it for quality assurance and quality management.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and compliance with the management system
- Documentation of quality tests
- Application of measurement methods
- Carrying out functional checks
- Monitoring of quality assurance processes
- Überwachung der Qualitätssicherungsprozesse
- Elaboration of procedures for elimination in case of quality defects
- Instruction of the test personnel
- Implementation of in-house training measures for quality assurance
